| Job Description Clinical Audit on support cases and reported bugs. To help support engineers and Quality Analyst team members in identifying PS cases. Educate everyone on Patient safety scenario and consequences behind health care issues. Cultivate Patient safety mind set and awareness in entire company. Share their experience when they were directly involved in patient’s treatment and the scenarios which can lead to patient safety issues. Share real life experience too. Assist with the preparation of training materials and conducts training if needed. Performs functional testing from an end user perspective; identifying issues and recommending changes if needed. Requirements Skills / Abilities: Knowledge on Medication Content validation (Multum/Medispan), Drug database used in USA healthcare industry. Email(documentation) and Telephone etiquette Ability to handle difficult situations and balance multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent attitude and spirit of cooperation Detail oriented; with strong interpersonal and communications skills Ready to work in 24*7 Shifts Education Requirements: Graduate in any medical field. |
