| Job role - Drive the development and integration of Agile/Scrum practices and values to optimize customer satisfaction, grow the business and provide a clear competitive advantage Support teams to develop solutions for emerging E-commerce requirements Facilitate Scrum team meetings, including stand-ups, planning meetings, and retrospectives Monitor the teams’ progress in achieving commitments by utitilizing issue, risk and dependency management Guide scrum teams to meet key milestones Collaborate with product owners to ensure that product backlogs are in line with business needs Coach teams in Agile practices Advocate for the process and implement process changes where necessary Your qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Experience in being a Scrum Master for at least 2 years in a software development team that is well-versed in Scrum principles and practices E-commerce experience preferred Expertise in successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. Practical knowledge of the technologies used by the team, includingJava, J2EE, Spring, MySQL Experience creating product plan strategies, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing analysis, and more.
